We have often found ourselves thinking of buying property in Mexico, but we really don’t think we’d want to live here full-time. When we found this condo development in Barra de Navidad it struck us as the perfect opportunity. We have purchased “fractional ownership” at the Bogavante Spa. The following photos show the model unit of a 1 bedroom / 2 bath condo like we have purchased. Our unit is #208, which at this time is just rough concrete. The project is to be finished by year end of 2008. We will have the use of our unit annually during the last three weeks of January, a wonderful time to escape the grey and rainy Pacific Northwest to visit the warm and sunny Mexican Pacific Coast.
Barra de Navidad is located about 4 hours drive south of Puerto Vallarta, 4 hours west of Guadalajara, and 8 hours north of Zihuatanejo.
